The redevelopment of the former 1920’s school was completed in 2013 by Core Urban Inc. with the help of Lintack Architects. Three stories of all glass units were added to the original three story school to provide 36 condos. Formerly McIlwraith Public School, the original building was designed by William Palmer Witton.
